Where is North Ryde’s best pocket? No ratings yet.

With so many great streets in North Ryde it’s hard to determine exactly which one is the best. In my experience I believe the best pocket is the area surrounding Betty Hendry Parade. Although the block sizes area smaller than others it’s a great family-orientated area and provides excellent access to transport including buses and North Ryde Station and also offers easy access to the city via the Lane Cove Tunnel and M2. It is also moments to two major shopping centres, Top Ryde City and Macquarie Centre, and near the expanding Macquarie Park Business District.

City Views

Which street do you think has the best city views in Ryde? No ratings yet.

Having worked in the area for around 10 years I regularly get the privilege of seeing some of the most amazing views Ryde has to offer with maybe streets displaying sweeping district and city views. There are even some areas in Ryde which can see all the way to the Blue Mountains! In my experience the best streets for city views are Aeolus Avenue and Stuart Street. Do you agree?

Is Buna Street the most exclusive street in Ryde? With only one house selling in the past 6 years this quiet cul-de-sac street may very well be the areas most tightly held address. Anyone who knows the area or has driven past will know how special this street is with homes showcasing a strong Italian influence. The street comprises of 14 homes and has direct access to Gannan Park with many of the blocks actually backing onto this popular park.

Not many people from the local area even know this but that you can actually get amazing water views of the Lane Cove River from Pittwater Road, East Ryde. Homes in East Ryde’s prestigious dress circle locale are tightly held and tend to be the most sought-after from buyers. Next time you are in the area make sure you check it out!
